Becky Gates at AMA mission base in Venezuela

In spite of a life of challenges, never being able to settle down in one place for very long, and having David gone for weeks at a time, Becky always has a big smile and cheerful attitude to brighten anyone's day!

Bob & Neiba Norton are totally devoted to serving.  Bob flies the mission plane and Neiba is a nurse.  Challenges include government paperwork, mechanical problems and funding.  Currently (April, 2006) the Cessna 172 is unable to fly until a new engine becomes available.  Bob is also working on paperwork on the recently purchased Cessna 182 so it can be ready to provide badly-needed medical services to people in remote Venezuelan villages.

Student Missionary nurse-in-training Corrie Sample with Becky Gates.

God has given Corrie the gift of looking on the positive side, no matter how difficult things may appear to be.  She sees life's frustrations and challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.  That's really awesome!

"This is what you call good food.  When you are hungry, you must eat. Eat simple.
Eat healthy.  Live long.  Eat Cowboy Biscuits!"
